The law in Florida, in plain English
The compact gives the Seminole Tribe exclusive statewide rights to mobile sports betting through 2051, and the court challenges to it ended in 2024. DraftKings, FanDuel and the rest cannot take Florida customers, and the minimum age is 21.
Prediction markets are a second option with a different price structure. Novig, Kalshi and Polymarket US are all available in Florida, so on most Florida State and Miami games you can compare Hard Rock's price with Novig's side by side on this site.
